The 2010 Dance & Performance Institute welcomes proposals from international dance and performance artists who
are interested in a self-directed residency in Port of Spain, Trinidad. Self-directed residencies are opportunities where the artist is free to
experiment and explore new directions in the production of their work.
Interaction with other artist residents is encouraged through creative
collaboration, showings, and informal discussion. This, combined with
periods of independent studio practice, creates an atmosphere
of art as life.
